🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

    •    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

    •    In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days, depending on color availability, age of stock, and custom-cut requirements.

Shipping Methods:

    •    We ship via UPS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers based on your location and order size.

Tracking Info:

    •    You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Damaged Shipments:

    •    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

    •    Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the damage.

    •    Send all documentation to [your email], and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

🚫 Return Policy

All Vinyl Roll Sales Are Final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once vinyl rolls have shipped.

Why?

    •    🎨 Color Batch Variability – Slight variations between production batches are normal and unavoidable.

    •    ✂️ Custom Cuts – Most orders are cut to size and packed to order.

    •    🌡️ Product Integrity – We cannot guarantee returned material has been stored properly or remains in installable condition.

✅ Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Orders Only

We will replace or refund your order if:

    •    You received the wrong item (color, product code, size), or

    •    The product is defective or arrived damaged in transit.

To qualify:

    •    Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    •    Email contact@luxefilms.us with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund, and cover return shipping if necessary.

    •    Confirm the vinyl product is suitable for the intended surface, climate, and use case prior to application.

Luxe Films is not liable for product issues related to improper handling, installation, storage, or usage after delivery.

Our liability is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the product.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to labor costs, installation costs, or vehicle damage — arising from use or application of our products.

Luxe Films is not responsible for shipping delays or order interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
